4. Provide your name and contact info
5. You may be nominated or self nominated and provide a one
line sentence explain why
6. Write the Raggedy Dad Oath, if received during purchase
(optional)
7. After public voting via website, votes will be tallied at the end
of the month and winner will be contacted shortly
thereafter
8. The Winner will appear on the cover of Raggedy Dad
Website, receives a Raggedy Dad Designer Wear &
Gear, and entered in final drawing for Raggedy Dad of the
Year contest
